Founded on the belief that a healthy mindset around nutrition is just as important to wellbeing as physical health.

With a Bachelor of Science (Pathology) and Masters of Dietetics, I am a strong believer in taking an evidence-based approach to nutrition. I take pride in practicing with a holistic outlook, focusing on nutrition as well as movement, sleep cycles and stress management to support my clients in living their healthiest and happiest lives.

The good news is you don't have to figure it all out on your own! Let me guide and support you on your health journey with evidence-based nutrition advice.
